Terms of Service

1. Agreement and eligibility

These terms govern your use of Logo Animator AI at logoanimator.net (the "service"). By using the service, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into an agreement. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to act for it.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information, uploaded content, and generated media.

2. The service and your account

Logo Animator AI creates AI-generated logo videos, which may include audio, from uploaded images and text prompts. We offer editable motion templates and generation modes with different settings and credit costs. Template previews illustrate a style; your results may differ.

Keep your account information accurate and your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Contact us if you believe your account has been misused.

3. Your content and permission to process it

You retain the rights you already hold in your uploaded logos, images, and prompts. You must own or have permission to use the material you submit, including any trademarks, copyrighted artwork, or personal information it contains.

You grant us permission to host, copy, transmit, process, and display your inputs and outputs as needed to provide the service, deliver your creations, and resolve support or security issues. This includes sending inputs to the AI and infrastructure providers involved in your request. This permission does not transfer ownership of your original content to us.

You may use generated results to the extent permitted by applicable law, your rights in the inputs, and any applicable third-party terms. AI results may resemble other content and may not be unique or eligible for intellectual-property protection. We do not guarantee trademark clearance, copyright ownership, or non-infringement. Sample logos and previews are examples, not a grant of exclusive brand rights.

4. Credits and generation charges

Generation uses credits. The generator displays the credit cost for your selected mode and settings before you submit a request. Costs can vary with duration, resolution, and other options. Credits are reserved or deducted when a request is submitted.

Requests recorded as failed return their reserved credits. A completed result that differs from your creative expectations is not automatically treated as a failed generation. If a task or charge appears incorrect, contact us with the task details.

Free credits are a promotional allowance subject to eligibility and abuse-prevention checks. Paid credits follow the allowance and expiry conditions shown for your plan. Monthly and yearly subscriptions release credits monthly; each allowance expires at the end of its credit month and does not roll over unless expressly stated. Credits are for service use, are not money, and are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

5. Payments, subscriptions, cancellation, and refunds

The 100-credit pack costs $9.90 as a one-time payment and does not start or renew a subscription. Pack credits are available after payment confirmation and expire three months after payment. Buying a pack does not change an existing subscription.

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. The price, billing interval, applicable taxes, and purchase conditions are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the billing portal available from your account.

Yearly plans are paid upfront and renew annually. They save 40% compared with twelve monthly payments and provide the same monthly credit allowance, released each month rather than all at once. Changes involving yearly plans, billing interval changes, and downgrades take effect at the next renewal; your current plan remains active until then. Monthly tier upgrades take effect immediately.

Cancellation stops future renewals. Your existing access and credits remain subject to the current billing period and plan conditions. Plan changes may adjust charges or credit allowances as shown during the change.

For payment errors or refund requests, email [email protected] with your account email and relevant payment details, excluding full card numbers or security codes. Monetary refunds are reviewed based on the circumstances, purchase terms, and applicable law. Returning credits for a failed task is separate from a payment refund. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer cancellation or refund rights.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use the service to:

• Infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other rights, or upload material you are not authorized to use.
• Create unlawful, abusive, exploitative, or deceptive content, including impersonation or a false claim of endorsement.
• Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, or evade security, content, or rate-limit protections.
• Abuse promotional credits, create accounts to evade limits, commit payment fraud, or otherwise misuse billing features.
• Violate applicable laws or the content restrictions of the generation providers involved in your request.

7. AI results and file availability

AI can change lettering, shapes, colors, timing, and other details or produce unsuitable results. Review the complete video and audio before publishing or using them commercially. You are responsible for deciding whether an output is appropriate and whether you have the rights needed for your intended use.

Generation times and availability depend in part on third-party services. We store creations to support your account, but do not promise indefinite file availability. Provider-hosted fallback URLs may expire. Download and keep your own copies of important files. Our Privacy Policy describes storage and file-URL access.

8. Service changes and account restrictions

We may update features, templates, generation modes, and pricing. Changes to paid subscriptions will be communicated as required by applicable law or the purchase terms. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, fraud, a breach of these terms, security risks, or legal requirements.

You may stop using the service at any time. To request account or content deletion, contact us. Cancel an active subscription through the billing portal to prevent renewal; a deletion inquiry alone does not cancel it.

9. Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service and AI outputs are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, a particular creative result, or suitability for a specific purpose. We are not responsible for third-party rights you do not hold or uses you make of generated content.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of the service. These terms do not exclude liability or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Updates and contact

We may revise these terms and will update the date shown on this page. We will provide additional notice of material changes where required by applicable law. If you do not agree to revised terms, stop using the service and cancel any subscription before it renews.
