1. About this policy

This policy explains how Logo Animator AI ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you visit logoanimator.net, create an account, upload a logo, generate a video, purchase credits, or contact us. Our Terms of Service also apply to your use of the service.

2. Information we collect

• Account information: your name, email address, profile image, sign-in provider identifiers, and authentication or session records supplied when you sign in.
• Creative content: uploaded logos and images, prompts, generation settings, generated videos and audio, file URLs, and task history and status.
• Billing and credits: subscription and payment references, plan details, credit grants and spending, refund records, and transaction status. Payment details are submitted to Stripe; we do not store full payment card numbers or card security codes in our application database.
• Usage and technical information: interactions with the site, browser and device information, IP addresses, timestamps, and diagnostic or security logs collected by the service and its infrastructure or analytics providers.
• Support communications: the information you choose to share when you email us.

3. How we use information

We use information to authenticate accounts, upload and process references, generate and deliver videos, show your creations, manage credits and subscriptions, answer support requests, troubleshoot problems, understand site usage, prevent abuse, and meet legal or accounting obligations.

Where configured, we send your account email and name to TrueUser for an abuse-prevention check before granting initial free credits. That check can affect the free-credit allowance. Contact us if you believe your allowance was assessed incorrectly.

4. Providers and information sharing

We share information with providers as needed to operate the service:

We also send generation prompts, reference images, and generated images or videos to WaveSpeedAI for content safety checks. We keep moderation decisions and related task identifiers to enforce these checks and investigate processing failures.

• AI generation: WaveSpeedAI and the model providers involved in your request receive the input images, prompts, and settings needed to generate your result. Their processing is subject to their applicable policies, including WaveSpeedAI's Privacy Policy and Data Retention Policy.
• Hosting and storage: infrastructure, database, and storage providers, including Cloudflare R2, store and deliver account records, uploaded files, and generated media.
• Payments: Stripe processes checkout, subscriptions, billing, and payment-related information under its Privacy Policy.
• Sign-in, analytics, and abuse prevention: authentication providers, Google Analytics, and, when enabled, TrueUser process the information needed for those functions.

We may also disclose relevant information to comply with legal requirements, investigate fraud or misuse, or protect the service and the rights or safety of users and others. Our providers may process information in countries other than your own.

5. Uploaded files, generated media, and retention

We store uploaded logos, generated videos, and related task records so you can use the service and access your creations. Files are not immediately deleted after processing. We attempt to copy completed videos into our own storage; if that transfer fails, your result may use a temporary provider URL that can expire.

Media is delivered through file URLs. Files served at public URLs may be accessed by anyone who has the URL, so avoid uploading confidential materials or sensitive personal information. Creating a video does not automatically add your logo or result to our public template library.

We retain information as needed to provide the service, maintain account and transaction records, address support issues, prevent abuse, and satisfy applicable obligations. You can request account or content deletion by emailing [email protected]. Some billing, security, or legally required records may need to be retained, and backup copies may take additional time to be removed. Providers have their own retention practices. Download a copy of media you want to keep.

6. Cookies, local storage, and analytics

We use cookies and browser storage for sign-in sessions, preferences, and restoring in-progress generation tasks. The site also uses Google Analytics to understand visits and interactions. Analytics may involve cookies or similar identifiers, browser and device details, and usage information, as described in Google's Privacy Policy.

You can manage cookies and stored site data in your browser. Blocking or deleting them can affect sign-in, preferences, or task restoration. Google also provides a Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

7. Your choices and requests

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal information, restrict or object to certain processing, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. To make a request, contact [email protected], preferably from the email associated with your account. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

We handle requests subject to applicable law and any necessary record-retention obligations. Where applicable, you may also raise a concern with your local data-protection authority.

8. Security and age requirements

We use access controls and other safeguards to help protect information, but no online service can guarantee complete security. You are responsible for protecting your sign-in credentials and any file URLs you share.

The service is intended for users aged 18 or older. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the service, email us so we can investigate and address it.

9. Policy updates

We may update this policy as our service or practices change. The date at the top identifies the current version. We will provide additional notice when required by applicable law.
