The Pro subscription is a larger credit allowance. Basic and Pro video modes are available based on your credit balance; Pro mode simply uses more credits for each video.
Credits reserved for a generation are returned when the task reaches a failed status. A temporary connection problem can leave a task processing; check your Creations before starting it again.
No. Both monthly and yearly subscriptions release credits monthly. Each allowance expires at the end of its credit month. Yearly payment funds 12 monthly allowances, rather than releasing all credits at once.
Yes. Use Manage billing for cancellation and payment details, or choose another plan here. Changes involving a yearly plan, billing interval changes, and downgrades take effect at the next renewal. Monthly tier upgrades start immediately. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
The $9.90 credit pack is a one-time purchase of 100 credits, valid for three months after payment, with no automatic renewal. Anyone can buy a pack, including subscribers; it does not change an existing subscription. Starter and Pro are recurring monthly or yearly subscriptions. Yearly plans save 40% compared with 12 monthly payments and are billed upfront once a year.
